Every website requires maintenance in any of form as updates or changes. Some websites require less updates, more updations and some websites require constant or continuous updates, changes or additions. Our maintenance department's team will focused on your website and make necessary modifications or changes as instructed by you. Our content management experts who are a part of our maintenance team they will help you to develop & design much and more suitable project and add better contents in your website.

Options to maintenance

After your Website has launched in the market of internet there'll be a need to keep it current. WDSD offers several options to keep your content fresh and your website running the latest updates. Simply choose a service below that best suits your company's needs and leave the rest to us! We feel proud to work with you.

Pay as per your NEED

We recommend this to those with only occasional additions and updates (2-3 times a year on average). This maintenance is charged at an hourly rate of $40 with a half hour minimum. No plan necessary for these: send an email at any time with a detailed list of update requests and WDSD will provide a time and cost estimate. The turn-around for most content updates(see qualifying list below) is approximately 2 business days. However, if your requests are found to be more complex, this time estimate may vary or take more time.

Per Annum CMS Upgrade

WDSD highly encourages you and stresses the importance in keeping your CMS(content management system) up-to-date. Installing the latest release of the system fixes errors found in previous versions and helps prevent the risk of security failure, while also enabling new features to help you keep your content up to date. While there are on average 2-3 releases of your CMS throughout the year, WDSD suggests upgrading your CMS at least once per year. These upgrades are typically scheduled.

Fixed Cost Content Plans(Monthly)

Too busy to update your website content or unknown about the code? Let WDSD do it for you! Fixed monthly maintenance plans are designed to save your money by establishing a pre-set block of the hours at reduced rates. Along with the type of updates listed below, each monthly update includes Site Back-up and a Site Review. Please contact WDSD for current plans and rates by filling out the form to the right.

CONTENT Updates include:

• Updates to page copy, images & keywords
• Uploading File (images, docs, PDFs)
• Minor editings to presenting code (CSS)
• Addition of pages
• Product entry
• Calendar and News Updates

Each MONTHLY Service Includes:

Site Back-up: A full copy of your website will be created and saved.
Site Review: WDSD will test for broken links, pages, images and forms. Examination of overall design and content will be performed to ensure cohesiveness across the site.
Yearly CMS Upgrade for select plans.

How Does it Work?

First contact WDSD to learn more in detail and to select a plan that will work best for your needs to your website. When you are ready to update your website content each month, email a detailed list of all your requested changes and WDSD will review and provide a time estimate.
If there are no requested changes for the month, WDSD still performs Site Review and Site Back-up. Unused hours are not refunded and do not roll-over each month.
Contracts are available as 6-month or 1-year and paid monthly. New contracts must pay the first two months up-front. You will be billed the 1st business day of every month.

You may pay with cash or check.
Work that goes over the alotted number of hours a month will be billed at the rate of your current plan.

Most content updates are completed within 3 days of request, but will be scheduled accordingly in the order they are received.

What's not included:

• New concept, page templates, or module design.

• Modifications to the functionality of current website components.
• Domain Name or Hosting Maintenance.
